Digital downloads are non-refundable and exchangeable.
If you have any problems or questions with your digital download purchase, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
- If your item is damaged or missing parts and is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If the unlikelihood that your digital download is damaged or missing parts, please first contact us at email@example.com to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be asked to send an email with images of your digital product, a receipt as proof of purchase, and the issue with your digital purchase.
Once your email has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
